Dan Gilleon

Dan Gilleon – Attorney – San Diego CA

After serving on a nuclear submarine in the U.S. Navy, Dan Gilleon received a B.A. in American and English Literature from the University of California, San Diego. He attended California Western School of Law on a scholastic scholarship, earning a J.D. with Law Review and cum laude honors.

Most of Mr. Gilleon’s cases have been referred to him by other lawyers throughout the United States, as well as former clients. He has taken, and won, many cases other attorneys turned down because he saw ways to win that other lawyers missed.

Mr. Gilleon has tried Internet defamation suits and numerous catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, both for the people who were hurt and for people who were sued. Other areas of expertise include wrongful termination and civil rights.

Michael Roberts

Michael Roberts – Forensics Investigator & Libel Litigation Consultant

Michael is a case analyst, investigator and entrepreneur, having a success record approaching 90% for positively identifying anonymous online authors. Michael founded Mile2, an international I.T. security organization that has consulted for or trained thousands of personnel from many of the world’s defense forces, intelligence agencies, governments, financial institutions, NGOs to name a few. As a result of his first hand experience with a malicious, vile and relentless online libeler he sold Mile2 and has turned his passion and focus to helping other victims through the anguish and frustration of such an assault. His team is breaking new ground in direct methods of addressing the attacks as well as seeking congressional and judicial reform to protect the innocent victims of the malicious, illegal and unprotected abuse of free speech.

Michael was an investigator for the Australian Telecommunications Commission with security clearances from the Australian Security Intelligence Organization (ASIO) before moving to the USA. Michael and his family now live between the USA and Europe.

Attorney Scott Chapman

Mr. Chapman was raised in Clearwater, Florida. While Mr. Chapman spent his formative years in the Tampa Bay Area, he has lived and/or worked in Florida, Indiana, Utah, Nevada and South Korea. Mr. Chapman has a keen interest in Internet privacy and defamation issues and is currently litigating a complicated international Internet defamation, harassment and racketeering.

Lawrence Semenza – Attorney – Las Vegas NV

Larry Semenza was Nevada’s U.S. attorney from 1975 through 1977. He was an assistant in the office for four years before that. When he was appointed by President Ford as U.S. attorney in 1975, he was 32, the youngest U.S. attorney in the country.

Aaron has strong work ethic and gives careful attention to detail. Aaron graduated in the top 10% of his law school class, earning magna cum laude honors. Aaron represented Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in two National Trial Competitions. He served for a year on the editorial board of the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review. He also has training in trial advocacy skills as well as tort defense and negligence cases.
