Free Speech Version 1 is the original intent of lawmakers in most civilized societies.
Free Speech Version 2 is what free speech has mutated into in the last 15 years, no thanks to the free-for-all frenzy that is the world-wide web. This has resulted in a disproportionately loud and vexatious diatribe which John Seigenthaler, the founder of the Freedom Forum First Amendment Center, referred to as “…volunteer vandals with poison-pen intellect. It is anticipated that FreeSpeechV3.org will be incorporated and registered as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code in the Fall of 2010.
